Natural Home Refresh: A New Year Event

Join us on January 22nd at 6-8 PM for our monthly Strong Capable Female event, in partnership with Healing Homes & Hearts.

Together, we’ll embrace a fresh start with intention, mindfulness, and natural living as we refresh our homes, bodies, and souls for 2025.

Here’s what we have planned:

🌟 Intention Practice & Meditation

Elisabeth from Strong Capable Female will guide us in setting intentions for the new year, followed by a calming meditation to align your energy for 2025.

💫 Group Reiki Session

Mandy from Healing Homes & Hearts will lead us in a powerful group reiki session, helping us release what no longer serves us and welcome positive energy.

🌿 DIY Thieves Multipurpose Wipes

Emily will teach us how to make natural, multipurpose Thieves wipes with Young Living essentials for a toxin-free way to refresh your home.

🛁 Detox Bath Soak

We’ll also create a soothing detox bath soak using essential oils, giving you the perfect way to relax and rejuvenate your body.
