What to Expect

• Heart-Centered Discussion: Explore the Heart Chakra and Reiki’s role in healing emotional energy. Learn practical techniques for cultivating self-love and supporting relationships.

• Guided Reiki Journey: Mandy will lead a Reiki journey to the heart space, where the light of universal love flows freely. Using imagery of soft pink and green energy, we’ll align with compassion and kindness.
