Spring Symbolism Discussion: Explore the symbolism of spring in Reiki practice. Learn techniques for clearing stagnant energy and creating space for growth and vitality.
Guided Reiki Journey: Mandy will guide participants to the Tree of Life, where vibrant greens, blossoming flowers, and flowing streams of light awaken the energy of renewal and personal growth.
Reflection and Sharing: Reflect on what you are ready to renew or bring into your life. Share insights with the group or offer distance Reiki to support one another’s intentions for growth and vitality.
